Steel Authority of India Ltd (SAIL) has informed BSE that with the completion of tenure on November 21, 2009 (A/N), the following Independent Directors have ceased to be Directors on the Board of SAIL:

2. Shri P. K. Sengupta
3. Dr. Vinayshil Gautam.
